Our centers have operated the Miss Utility of Virginia One Call Center, Florida Sunshine State One Call Center,  and Indiana Underground Utility Protection One Call Center, Defense General Supply Center (Richmond) and processed more than 18,000,000 in-bound calls and distributed that information to 200,000,000 supporting service contractors.  Being one of the first to use web technology to extend the call center features to end users allow us to achieve high information center productivity. 

Full Service Turnkey Site
ONISI
is a premier innovator in providing Full Turnkey One Call Center Solutions 24 hours a day / 365 days a year. In its company owned headquarters in Chester, Virginia, the 2 story, 15,000 square foot building is fully equipped and operator-ready for call center implementation with individual offices, a reception area, conference room, training room and a secure information telecommunications center. Each of the 70 workstations in the center feature noise abating partitions, a desk, chair, personal computer, and an Avaya telephone and can be easily reconfigured for any escalation in work requirements.

Because we use our Interprise Network tm we are instantly ready to handle disaster recovery needs.  Warms sites are ready and tested.  The Interprise can be linked to other networks, segregated from other networks, secured from other networks and locked-down from or to to other networks to provide the maximum flexiblity in overflow, disaster recovery, and system support.
