ONISI was incorporated in August, 1987 for the purpose of operating the Miss Utility of Virginia One Call Center in Richmond, Virginia. The company was soon contracted to provide the same high quality one-call services to Indiana Underground Plant Protection Services, the Sunshine State One Call of Florida, Inc., and the Defense Supply Center Richmond Customer Call Center.

ONISI’s strength is in linking 2 critical assets – people and information, with its affiliates – experienced IT professionals. This near-term strategic fusion optimizes long-term cost savings, efficiency, and effectiveness resulting in centralized, reliable, customer-focused, user-friendly Information Support Services.
